S&P offers a variety of food menu and beverage options for your event or gathering. Whether you want to offer your guests a custom menu or a full bar, we have the options you need to make your event a success! Learn more below.
YOU CHOOSE — LIMITED OR FULL MENU
With groups over 24 guests for a lunch or dinner event, Chef Micky strongly recommends offering a limited menu for your guests to choose from. A limited menu must be a mix of menu items.
For a lunch event you may choose:
UP TO SIX items from our lunch menu
For a dinner event, you may choose:
ONE entrée salad (like our Celebracion Salad, Heights Vineyard Salad, etc.)
ONE sandwich OR steak burger choice (unfortunately, not both)
THREE TO FOUR entrees from our dinner menu
To avoid bottlenecks, menu choices must also work for production in our kitchen. Our rockstar events master, Marcy, will be happy to assist you in creating a limited menu for your event that meets all of our both your needs, and ours. Once your menu is set, S&P will design and print your custom menu in-house; the cost is $0.35 per guest, no exceptions.
Alternatively, if you feel the limited menu is not right for your event or gathering, the other option is to offer your guests our full lunch or dinner menu. Please note though, with groups over 24 guests, Chef Micky strongly recommends a limited menu be offered.
All prices are menu prices, so you will only pay for what your guests order — we do not offer a one price per person option or buffet/family style service. We encourage you visit our website to see what menu items are available to your guests; please note though that our menu does change 2-4 times per year, so items and prices are subject to change.
Additionally, for dessert Chef Micky offers a Chef’s Choice dessert sampler platter for $3.75-$4.00 per guest depending on product availability. Chef Micky will determine the two dessert choices we'll put those desserts together on platters for your guests to enjoy.
CHOOSE YOUR BEVERAGE PACKAGE
Like your food menu, you can also choose what the beverage options you would like to offer your guests. We have four drink choices:
Drink Tickets – We will happily customize these for you. The cost is $0.25 for each guest/per ticket.
Full Bar – You also have the option to offer your guests a full bar, including a limited number of covered alcoholic drinks (i.e. “your first two drinks are on us!” notation). Note: this is only available if using a limited menu.
Specific Wine/Beer Options – Note: this option is only available if using a limited menu.
Cash Bar – You may also offer a cash bar that includes non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.
WAYS TO PAY
We make payments easy for you and your guests. We accept cash, check, S&P Gift Cards, or credit card payments for Shakers Pub events. We cannot, however, accept reward coupons, Dining Concept Certificates, or West Coast Cash for payment.
