LIMITED MENUS

FOR LUNCH EVENTS:  If the guest count is below 24 adult guests, private lunch parties have the option of having their guests order from our standard lunch menu or offering a CUSTOMIZED LIMITED MENU  - LIMITED LUNCH MENU WITH FULL BAR SAMPLE (click to view) or LIMITED LUNCH MENU WITH SPECIFIED BEVERAGES SAMPLE (click to view).  All lunch events larger than 24 adult guests will be required to utilize our limited menu (see samples above) that offers your guests fourteen options from our standard lunch menu.  It may be possible to swap out another menu item, and our resident rockstar events master, Marcy, will be happy to assist you in creating a limited menu for your event that meets your needs, and ours.  Once your menu is set, S&P will design and print your custom menu in-house, including a picture and/or logo if desired.

FOR DINNER EVENTS:  All dinner events are required to utilize a limited menu & we do not offer any burgers or sandwich options on a dinner limited menu.

• For 25 Adult (over 12 years of age) Guests or Fewer, you may choose from the following three options:

• Entrée-Only Menu – Choose from our full selection of entrees and a few salads. (Note: steak burgers and sandwiches are not included.)  (Click to view our ENTREE ONLY MENU SAMPLES)

• Entrée-Only Menu with Chef’s Monthly Features – Choose from our entrée-only menu, plus special monthly features from our chef.  (Click to view our ENTREE ONLY MENU WITH CHEF FEATURES SAMPLE)

• Six-Item Menu – From our Six-Item Selection List Menu (click to view), select three items from the top section of the menu and three from the bottom section.  (Click to view our SIX-ITEM MENU SAMPLES)

 

• For 26 Adult (over 12 years of age) Guests or More:

  • You must utilize the Six-Item Menu – From our Six-Item Selection List Menu (click to view), select three items from the top section and three from the bottom section.  (Click to view our SIX-ITEM MENU SAMPLES)

• Children:  Our Children’s Menu is available for guests 12 years and younger.

• Please note:  Our Soup/Salad option is an additional charge if ordered by guests and will be included in the entree heading verbiage on all custom menus.

PRICING

All prices are menu prices, so you will only pay for what your guests order — we do not offer a one price per person option or buffet/family style service.  Please note that all selections and prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL DESSERT SAMPLER PLATTER OPTION

Additionally, for dessert Chef Micky offers a Chef’s Choice dessert sampler platter for $4.00 per guest depending on product availability.  Chef Micky will determine the two to three dessert choices and we'll put those desserts together on platters for your guests to enjoy.   A Dessert Sampler Platter = The Perfect Sized  Sweet Treat for Your Guests!

​BEVERAGE CHOICES

Like your food menu, you can also choose what the beverage options you would like to offer your guests. We have four drink choices:

 

1. Drink Tickets – We will happily customize these for you & your guests can use the ticket for an alcoholic beverage of their choice.  The cost is $0.25 for each guest/per ticket.

2. Full Bar – You also have the option to offer your guests a full bar, including a limited number of covered alcoholic drinks (i.e. “your first two drinks are on us!” notation) as well as our non-alcoholic selections.  Note: this is only available if utilizing a limited menu.

3. Specific Wine/Beer Options – Listed as Canyon Road Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Pinot Noir, and S&P's Bottled and Draft Beer Selections, Plus Coca-Cola Products, Iced Tea, Lemonade, Coffee and Tea.  Note: this option is only available if utilizing a limited menu.

4. Cash Bar – You may also offer a cash bar that includes non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.  Please note:  if utilizing a cash bar, since we only allow up to four separate checks for the entire event, your guests may be grouped together on one bill if alcoholic beverages are ordered.

PAYMENT

We make payments easy for you and your guests. We accept cash, check, S&P Gift Cards, or credit card payments for Shakers Pub events.  We cannot, however, accept reward coupons, birthday, anniversary or Rewards offer, or West Coast Cash for payment. 

 

Furthermore, we prefer events to be all on one check, however if necessary, we will allow for up to four separate checks for the entire event.

PLEASE NOTE:   Applicable room use fees and a 3% or more credit card/labor surcharges may be added to the final bill.  Also, all private room events are not eligible for Every Thyme Reward points.
