S&P offers a variety of food menu and beverage options for your event or gathering. Whether you want to offer your guests a custom menu or a full bar, we have the options you need to make your event a success! Learn more below.
MENU OPTIONS
LIMITED OR FULL MENU OPTIONS
LIMITED MENU
FOR LUNCH EVENTS: If the guest count is below 24 guests, private lunch parties have the option of having their guests order from our standard lunch menu or offering a CUSTOMIZED LIMITED MENU (click to view samples). All events larger than 24 guests will be required to utilize a limited menu with up to six selections from our standard lunch menu. All selections must work for the production in the kitchen, and our resident rockstar events master, Marcy, will be happy to assist you in creating a limited menu for your event that meets all of our both your needs, and ours. Once your menu is set, S&P will design and print your custom menu in-house, including a picture and/or logo if desired.
FOR DINNER EVENTS: Events with 24 or less guests may only order from our full SHAKERS PUB ENTREE ONLY MENU (click to view) and for events with 24 guests or more, our LIMITED SELECTIONS CRITERIA MENU (click to view) consisting of 6 items will be required (Click to view our CUSTOMIZED LIMITED MENU samples). Once your menu is set, S&P will design and print your custom menu in-house, including a picture and/or logo if desired. Click on the links above to download each document. PRICING
All prices are menu prices, so you will only pay for what your guests order — we do not offer a one price per person option or buffet/family style service. Please note that all selections and prices are subject to change without notice.
SPECIAL DESSERT SAMPLER PLATTER OPTION
Additionally, for dessert Chef Micky offers a Chef’s Choice dessert sampler platter for $3.75-$4.00 per guest depending on product availability. Chef Micky will determine the two to three dessert choices and we'll put those desserts together on platters for your guests to enjoy. BEVERAGE CHOICES
Like your food menu, you can also choose what the beverage options you would like to offer your guests. We have four drink choices:

Drink Tickets – We will happily customize these for you. The cost is $0.25 for each guest/per ticket.

Full Bar – You also have the option to offer your guests a full bar, including a limited number of covered alcoholic drinks (i.e. “your first two drinks are on us!” notation). Note: this is only available if using a limited menu.

Specific Wine/Beer Options – Note: this option is only available if using a limited menu.

Cash Bar – You may also offer a cash bar that includes non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

PAYMENT
We make payments easy for you and your guests. We accept cash, check, S&P Gift Cards, or credit card payments for Shakers Pub events. We cannot, however, accept reward coupons, Dining Concept Certificates, or West Coast Cash for payment. Furthermore, we prefer events to be all on one check, however if necessary, we will allow for up to four separate checks for the entire event.
